Our shipping and handling is as follows for shipping within the continental United States:
- Economy - for merchandise $299.00 and above shipping is FREE
- Economy - 0lbs - 5lbs $6.50
- Economy 5lbs - 70 lbs $19.90
- Standard - 0lbs - 1lbs $8.50
- Standard - 1lbs - 5lbs $10.50
- Expedited shipping is available upon request
- Economy shipping and handling = 5-8 business days and Standard shipping = 3-4 business days in the continental United States
- International shipping not available
- Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will ship the following business day.
- You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.
- You will receive a notification if there are any expected delays with shipping.
- Buy online and pick up in store option - Order by noon for same-day pick up in store for FREE at 302 S. Stratford Rd Winston-Salem, NC. Select the pick-up-in-store option at checkout. Please wait until you receive your ready pickup email before you head to the store.
